This time, Tokyo Deli not only redesigned its existing website but also expanded and developed four additional websites, ranging from the corporate brand website to e-commerce platforms, while also tapping into new fields targeting B2B customers. In line with this development direction, through discussions and alignment between the two teams during the research and planning phase, Tokyo Deli agreed on the need for a unified brand identity and seamless transitions between its brands. This approach aims to spark customer curiosity and interest in the services and products that Tokyo Deli offers.

Ensuring brand consistency across all websites, CanhCam’s design for the Catering site emphasizes visually appealing and authentic images of the dishes and their quality. TOKYO DELI HOME - DELIVERY SERVICE

Among the websites developed, Tokyo Deli Home required the most time and effort from both teams throughout the implementation process.

This e-commerce website features functionalities designed to be not only convenient for customers but also compatible with the logistics and delivery policies, covering customer service and the coordination of products between various branch locations.

The development involved more than just API integration; it also required the integration of operational systems, including CRM and SCM, making it a comprehensive project. The focus was not only on creating a modern, user-friendly, and clearly designed website but also on developing robust and integrated features.

TOKYO DELI EXPRESS - APP-BASED DELIVERY SERVICE

This website is an upgrade from the previous version, incorporating elements consistent with the other Tokyo Deli websites. The goal is to highlight Tokyo Deli’s partnerships with popular online delivery platforms such as Shopee Food, Gojek, and Baemin. The website aims to connect the Tokyo Deli Japanese restaurant system with a wider audience.
