  • Cooperating with CanhCam, competent authorities, or third parties in case of issues affecting personal data security.
  • Protecting their personal data and promptly reporting any errors, inaccuracies, or suspected data leaks to us.
  • Taking responsibility for the information provided and assuming responsibility if their personal data is compromised due to their own mistakes.
  • Respecting and protecting others’ personal data.
  • Regularly updating themselves on CanhCam’s policies and regulations related to personal data collection and processing, as published on our website from time to time.

8. General terms

CanhCam reserves the right to amend and update the policy on the collection and processing of personal data at any time when necessary. Updates will be posted on CanhCam’s website and timestamped for customers to recognize the latest version. Customers commit to strictly complying with this policy, having read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this policy.
