An online admissions platform that enables QTU to convey its mission of high-quality education, connect with future students, and enhance candidate outreach efficiency in the increasingly digitized landscape of higher education.

Quang Trung University (QTU) was established under Decision No. 62/2006/QD-TTg dated March 17, 2006, by the Prime Minister of Vietnam, marking it as the first private university invested and developed by the Hoan Cau Group. Operating under the University Charter issued with Decision No. 70/2014/QD-TTg dated December 10, 2014, QTU has swiftly established itself as a multi-disciplinary, multi-field higher education institution focused on applied training quality and international integration. Over more than 19 years of formation and development, the university has trained and graduated over 15,000 students, achieving a 99% employment rate in field-relevant jobs post-graduation, while building a network of collaborations with more than 250 enterprises committed to supporting recruitment and internships. QTU is not only a hub for nurturing specialized knowledge but also a catalyst for igniting creative potential and community responsibility in every student, through a dynamic learning environment and programs that seamlessly integrate theory with practice. In the context of Vietnam’s higher education shifting strongly toward digital platforms, the presence of a specialized admissions website becomes a pivotal factor for QTU to reach potential candidates broadly, streamline registration processes, and foster trust within the community. Recognizing this, QTU selected CanhCam as its first strategic partner in digital design to co-create a platform that is both informative and inspirational – a tool empowering QTU to affirm its pioneering role in the applied education ecosystem.

Our Approach

QTU emphasized the need to highlight its enterprise partnership network, multi-disciplinary training programs with a focus on occupational skills from the first year, and spaces for authentic alumni sharing to build a trusted community. Accordingly, CanhCam implemented a closely collaborative approach: analyzing internal data on student journeys, surveying potential candidates’ needs via online channels, and iterating prototypes based on real-time feedback. These elements were developed on the principle of student-centered education, ensuring the website serves as a personalized advisory tool – from registering preferences on the Ministry of Education’s portal to hosting online open days.

  • Ecosystem of Partners – A Career Opportunities Map: CanhCam crafted the “Ecosystem & Partners” module featuring over 250 collaborating enterprises, from Nam A Joint Stock Commercial Bank to manufacturing and service conglomerates. Rather than a mere listing, this section narrates the story of training-internship-employment linkages through concise case studies of QTU students’ seamless transitions from classroom to professional environments, underscoring the 99% in-field employment rate. The website transforms into a personalized “career opportunities map,” enabling candidates to vividly envision their professional pathways from the first year of university, setting QTU apart from other institutions.
  • Customized Training Programs – Languages and Flexible Learning: CanhCam integrated tailored elements into the training programs section, particularly free language courses (conversational English, Japanese, Korean, and international certification exam preparation) designed exclusively for multi-disciplinary students – from economics to engineering – in the era of global integration.
  • Spatial Learning Visualization Technology: 3D design elements support simulations of enterprise practice environments through dynamic imagery, helping prospective students tangibly sense the integration of theory and practice.

The standout results include enhanced candidate accessibility, with content optimized to authentically reflect applied education values: curricula paired with hands-on practice, faculty rich in practical experience, and a partner network guaranteeing employment opportunities. The project not only met deadlines but also reinforced CanhCam’s commitment to partnering with education enterprises, enabling QTU to continue guiding the younger generation toward sustainable development in Vietnam’s modern educational landscape.

The Results

Through the close collaboration between CanhCam and QTU, the admissions website has become the core platform supporting the 2025 regular university admissions campaign, with a focus on transparent high school transcript evaluations, preference registration, and online consultations via diverse channels such as hotlines, Zalo, and email.
