The Win City

The project was developed to create a comprehensive digital experience, helping customers easily access information and understand the living values that the subdivision offers.

The Win City is a high-rise urban complex developed by Thang Loi Group in partnership with Go An Cuong and Central. The Victory Heights subdivision opens on 2.6 hectares with 6 blocks of 22-28 floors, providing 2,748 apartments (35m²-118m²) and 74 shophouses. The real estate market in western Ho Chi Minh City is booming thanks to synchronized infrastructure such as Ring Road 3 and the HCMC – Trung Luong expressway, attracting key customer segments including young families seeking practical homes, actual buyers prioritizing sustainable value, and professionals working in nearby industrial zones. However, the major challenge is building effective digital tools to overcome geographical distances, personalize information, and inspire trust from the first touchpoint among numerous similar projects. In this context, Victory Heights chose CanhCam as their website design partner, beginning a collaborative journey to transform core values such as green living spaces and comprehensive internal amenities into exclusive digital experiences, ready to win over target customers.

Our Approach

Victory Heights’ communication goals focused on three pillars: showcasing green living spaces, introducing comprehensive amenity systems, and emphasizing strategic regional connectivity. Based on the core message “Where home is nurtured, every day begins with victories,” the CanhCam team built a content journey following the customer journey, scientifically dividing information for natural absorption. From customer insights, CanhCam developed visual systems, brand storytelling, and website layout according to the “One-Stop Living Hub” positioning, ensuring content was not only comprehensive but also emotionally rich, helping users fully envision life at Victory Heights.

Key Features

  • Display system for 36++ amenities with “musical notes” concept: Each amenity is presented like a “musical note” in the living space. The list is numbered 1-26 with unique names (Maximus Pool, Venus Tennis Court, Soundfest Plaza…). Users can easily visualize the richness of the “one-stop living hub” model.
  • Interactive SVG connectivity map: Custom-designed with connection milestones based on time frames: 5-10-15-20-25-30 minutes. Displays surrounding amenities: hospitals, universities, administrative centers, industrial zones. Helps customers evaluate regional connectivity – a deciding factor in apartment purchases.
  • Apartment floor plan system with 7 types and location diagrams: Organized by tabs: S1, A1, A3, B1, C1, D1, D2. Each apartment type displays: location diagram within the block + detailed floor plan. Supports quick comparison and selection for buyers. Replaces scattered PDF documents with interactive web experience.
  • Hero section with storytelling TVC video: Introductory video at the top of the homepage creates a strong impression. Conveys an emotional message: “where home is nurtured, every day begins with victories.” Brings users into the experience journey from the first second.
  • Smart consultation registration form: Allows customers to select specific needs: 1+ bedroom / 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom / duplex / feng shui consultation. Collects detailed information helping the sales team approach accurately. Increases conversion rate from visitors to quality leads.
