PV Drilling

A modern digital platform that enhances PV Drilling’s brand presence on its journey to new milestones.

The PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) is a member company of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN). Established in 2001, PV Drilling provides drilling rigs, technical services for drilling and well operations, and workforce solutions in the oil and gas sector. With more than 18 years of development, PV Drilling has grown into one of PVN’s leading subsidiaries and a reputable drilling contractor in both the domestic and regional markets.

For this project, PV Drilling sought a more modern, professional website that would leverage the advancements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to renew its digital interface and reinforce its brand image as it aims for greater goals. CanhCam collaborated closely with PV Drilling to explore, conceptualize, and develop a layout tailored to its target audience — including partners and shareholders.

Our Approach

In respect of brand integrity, CanhCam retained the signature blue of Petrovietnam’s visual identity — a color that symbolizes trust, sustainability, and responsibility. The new website was positioned as a modern information hub, serving as a bridge between the business and the public — a place to clearly and transparently share updates, events, financial reports, executive activities, and strategic directions.

We adopted a minimalist design style to maintain a professional yet approachable aesthetic, avoiding the rigidity often associated with corporate websites. The site structure was thoughtfully organized to align with user behavior, supporting efficient navigation across desktop and mobile platforms. Key features, including search and data filters, were integrated to enhance usability and accessibility.

A standout aspect of the new PV Drilling website is its ability to present complex information clearly and accessibly, without overwhelming users. Each content section — from corporate profile and financial reporting to strategic development and internal news — is presented with expandable layouts that are easy to browse and update. The layout of category banners, headlines, and modular content blocks helps users quickly locate and retain key information.

A Comprehensive Solution by CanhCam

Alongside UI/UX design, CanhCam also provided professional portrait photography services for PV Drilling’s leadership — including the Board of Directors, Executive Board, and Supervisory Board. These carefully executed portraits helped refresh the company’s image, reflect transparency and leadership strength, and leave a lasting positive impression on partners, investors, and shareholders.

The Result

Having previously partnered with PVN on several web design projects such as pvoil.com.vn – PetroVietnam Oil Corporation and pvcfc.com.vn – PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer JSC, CanhCam had a deep understanding of PVN’s vision and commitment. The result is a completely redesigned website — more modern, visually engaging, and effective in showcasing PV Drilling’s operations, updates, and achievements. This transformation not only reinforced PV Drilling’s credibility and reputation but also strengthened public trust in both the company and the PVN brand at large.
